Julienned Zucchini "Spaghetti" with Sausage, Tomato, and Basil Sauce

Finally, a good way to use boat-loads of zucchini.

This turned out rather tasty.  We pretty much followed the recipe, without the oil-seasoning bit.  Used fresh herbs.  Mmm.
