The Stew (Chickpea Coconut)

Some swanky nytimes thing. But:

Diced an onion. 
Added ginger and garlic
2 cans chickpeas
Turmeric, salt, pepper

Cooked that a bit. Mashed the chickpeas.

Add on can full fat and one can not full fat coconut milk. 2 cups stock.

Cook for 30 minutes or so.

Add kale and cook.

Serve with mint.
