Chorizo, Potato, Mushroom, Greens Tacos

Caramelized some onions.  Added mushrooms and boiled diced potatoes.  Cooked some chorizo and added it.  Added a bunch of spinach and a bag of tomatillo sauce.  Turned out pretty tasty.
