Lemon Garlic Veg with Couscous

Asparagus, mushrooms, kale, potatoes, couscous. Lots of garlic and lemon zest. Pita and hummus.

Instapot black beans and rice. Not as good as it should have been sadly.

Roasted some potatoes. Sauteed onions with mushrooms and poblanos. Guac. Nom nom.
