Chicken Cacciatore Stoup

Rachel Ray, pg 61.  Recipe #68.  Basically followed the recipe exactly.  Was pretty satisfying.  The taters were old, and they needed way long to cook for some reason.  Peppers, mushrooms, chicken, tomatoes.
