Corn and Anaheim Chowder

Sauteed peppers with scallion whites. Add 2T flour. Slowly add milk/stock 3.5 c. Add 2.5 c water. 24 oz Yukon potatoes and old bay. Simmer until tender. Mash. Cream cheese? Sour cream? Jack? Scallions.
